‘Number Six’ is a two-bedroomed semi-detached property (indicated by the arrow in the picture of the development), completed in 2017 to the highest of industry standards. It has breathtaking and uninterrupted sea views across Bolberry Down to Burgh Island.
Downstairs consists of an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher as well as a washing machine in the utility room. The lounge and dining area are furnished in contemporary style with a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Doors lead out to a patio and garden area with table, chairs and barbecue for those lazy evenings watching the beautiful sunsets out to sea. Also downstairs there is a toilet and shower.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (each can be configured as a Super King double or two singles - just let us know in advance your preference) + large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Crisp white bedding and bath towels are provided. The main bedroom has stunning views out to sea.
Heating is underfloor downstairs and radiators upstairs - so no worries about being toasty warm in the winter.
We are dog friendly (one well behaved dog) - we do not charge extra but we would ask you not to leave your dog on his/her own in the house. For your extra convenience, to the side of the house there is an outside hose with spray head, set to warm temperature, to clean down your pet in case he/she has been on a muddy walk.

The South West Coast Path, which covers 630 miles in total, is directly accessible from the house and locations like Soar Mill Cove and Hope Cove are within easy walking distance.
The Oceans Restaurant is a superb on-site facility serving delicious meals, and you have the added bonus of being able to order your meal as a take-away option.
Ocean Reach’ has been developed on the site previously known as ‘Port Light’, and has been designed and built to the highest industry standards in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The new detached restaurant and bar has 40 covers and a small bar area. It faces south and is glass fronted optimising the amazing views across Bolbery Down towards the sea. There is also be additional seating outside.
All food is locally sourced and cooked and presented to the highest of standards.
Rod and Nick also run the highly acclaimed Sloop Inn at Bantham and have brought their first class reputation with them.
